Hot Mesh X-Module

The X-module is the building block of our epic space-making and shadow-casting structural system Hot Mesh. The shape multiplies out to form complex interlocking structures. With many together, it's a furniture and architectural system. One by itself makes a beautiful contemplative object. Each X-module is a condensed expression of highly skilled labour, taking 5 days to make by hand: 1 day for the heavier gauge wireframe base, and 4 to weave over it with fine wire (or 'plaster it' as wire artists say).
